QHS Choral students attended the 21st Annual Southern Invitational Choral Conference at The University of Southern Mississippi, an exciting event that brought together over 50 high schools and their directors for two days of intensive musical collaboration. With more than 460 talented singers participating, the mass choir performed a stunning concert on Tuesday afternoon, September 17, 2024, at Main Street Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, MS.
In just two days, the students mastered their music under the leadership of a distinguished guest conductor! In addition to this performance, QHS singers had the enriching opportunity to listen to the renowned USM Choirs, meet faculty, and explore the various music degree programs offered at USM.
