24-25 Student Registration

On-line registration will open June 1 for all families who:

  • Have not moved to a new physical address.
  • Have 2 proofs of residency in the custodial parent's name.
  • Attended QSD K-12 through May 23, 2024.
  • Have no significant changes to the student's information.
  • Prefer to upload and complete the registration process online.

In-person sessions will be in the Upper Elementary's gym on June 13
and June 17 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. for all
families who:

  • Have moved to a new physical address.
  • Did not attend QSD in grades K-12 through May 23, 2024.
  • Are registering students in Pre-K or Kindergarten.
  • Are new to the district.
  • Need to enroll a child but are not on the child's birth certificate.
  • Do not have 2 proofs of residency in the custodial parent's name.
  • Have any other changes that cannot be updated online.
  • Need assistance uploading and completing the online process.
  • Need to meet with the nurse, transportation, or the parent liaison.
  • Prefer in-person registration.


Documents needed to register your student:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Up-to-date immunization record - Incoming Pre-k, Kindergarten and 7th graders
    must submit an updated FORM 121 immunization record.
  • 2 acceptable proofs of residency
  • Must provide 2 of the following in order to register:
    • Current Automobile Registration
    • Homestead Exemption
    • Mortgage/Property Deed
    • Lease Agreement
    • Current Property Tax Verification
    • Current Drivers license State ID
    • Current Utility Bill (power, water, or gas)
    • Voter Precinct ID Card with printed street address

**We cannot accept phone bills, satellite/cable bills, internet, or 911 verification.
